Kevin K. Barber, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Wellspring Church International in Richmond, Texas.
Under the leadership of Apostle Barber, Wellspring has become a local church that is established upon the principles of the Word of God, which teach and display the love of God, the integrity of God, and the necessary skills for practical ministry. He also serves as a co-leader of Pastors in the Richmond-Rosenberg area who are dedicated to the pursuit of unity in the body of Christ. Together they endeavor to see their community transformed by the power of God.
Apostle Barber’s passion for seeing God's Kingdom manifest and biblical transformation of every person and region, is evident in his commitment to building covenant relationships beyond denominational, cultural and racial barriers. . This commitment will help mobilize the resources needed to gather the end-time harvest from every city and every nation around the world. Married in 1982, Apostle Barber serves with his devoted wife and committed ministry partner, Darlene. They are proud parents to their sons and their wives, Kevin and Kaelyn and Justin and Adrianna. They are also blessed grandparents to two beautiful girls.

She is on a mission to allow Him to use her life to release the fragrance of His knowledge in every place and to every nation of people. Sharing one-on-one or preaching in the presence of many, her desire is to see lives transformed by revelation of the Word of God. Her joy comes from knowing she has obeyed God and inhearing testimonies from those who've gained victory through application of the Word to their lives.
Prophetess Darlene is in full-time ministry serving alongside her husband, Apostle Kevin K. Barber, Sr. God has given her a strong prophetic and intercessory anointing. Prophetess Darlene oversees Wellspring's Intercessory Prayer Ministry and J.E.W.E.L.S. Women’s Ministries. In May of 2003, Prophetess Darlene completed her certification as a Christian Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). In November 2010, she was ordained into the office of Prophetess through Day Star Tabernacle International's 7000 More Covenant of Churches. .
